Telephone Calls Patient calls are returned as quickly as possible.  Please make sure your contact numbers are up to date in your record to ensure a prompt response to your questions and concerns.

Appointments Our front office works very hard to accomodate each patient and their physician's requests. Please be patient, and know we will try and meet those requests.  We confirm appointments one business day prior, it is important that our records have current contact numbers to reach you.

Medical Records Our staff makes every attempt to obtain medical records from your physician.  If you are being referred for genetic counseling due to abnormal test results or family history of genetic disorders, we recommend you obtain any records and forward them to our office prior to your appointment.  In some cases, due to family predisposition, medical records for affected relatives are helpul in determining the percent of risk to you.
